Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior staff to identify system improvements and workflow efficiencies.
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
