Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of workstations for new employees.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and system access problems.
- Maintain and update the inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement security protocols and software updates.
- Perform routine system checks to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred).
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and network fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with non-technical staff.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
