Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts regarding server or network outages.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Conduct regular IT audits and inventory checks.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of PC hardware components and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Valid driver's license is required for occasional off-site support.
