Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical tickets and solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software updates and security patches.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus but not required.
