Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of office network infrastructure.
- Manage IT help desk tickets and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software deployments and upgrades.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with basic computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/Mac).
