Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting and maintenance of office equipment.
- Manage and track IT support tickets using our ticketing system (Jira/ServiceNow).
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
