Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Diagnose and resolve end-user issues regarding PCs, printers, and operating systems.
- Network Support: Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of local area networks (LAN) and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- System Deployment: Support the provisioning and setup of new workstations and software applications.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
