Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose hardware/software issues using proprietary diagnostic tools
- Document all interactions in CRM system with precision
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex escalations
- Complete all certification training modules within 90 days
- Maintain customer satisfaction metrics above 95%
- Participate in weekly team improvement sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to complete paid training (4 weeks, 8AM-5PM)
- Reliable transportation to our Dallas facility
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
