Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Manage employee relations programs, resolving conflicts and fostering positive workplace dynamics
- Administer benefits enrollment, open enrollment campaigns, and compliance documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with federal and state regulations
- Coordinate training initiatives and professional development programs
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate insightful analytics for leadership
- Support performance management processes and recognition programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR coordination experience with talent acquisition focus
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-CP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR)
- Deep understanding of Louisiana labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
