Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Oversee employee onboarding processes ensuring seamless integration into company culture
- Maintain HRIS databases with accurate employee records and compliance documentation
- Administer benefits programs and serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and performance management support
- Ensure adherence to federal and state labor regulations (EEO, FMLA, etc.)
- Assist in developing HR policies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR coordination or generalist experience
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP)
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
- SHRM-CP or HR certification preferred
