Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations for key positions
- Develop and implement streamlined onboarding processes to enhance new hire integration
- Oversee employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and performance documentation
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor regulations and company policies
- Coordinate benefits administration, open enrollment, and wellness programs
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Support HRIS data management and reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with department heads on talent development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR coordination experience in a corporate setting
- PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of California employment laws and EEOC regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to handle sensitive matters
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
