Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires in St. Louis, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
- Support the recruitment and talent acquisition process by scheduling interviews, posting job descriptions, and tracking candidates through the ATS.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including open enrollment, leave requests, and policy communication.
- Facilitate employee relations by responding to inquiries, resolving conflicts, and conducting new hire orientations.
- Coordinate HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare and distribute HR reports to management regarding staffing, turnover, and attendance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, HR Coordination, or a related administrative role.
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements in the state of Missouri.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
