Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee benefits programs and enrollment processes
- Maintain HRIS databases and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement HR policies and training programs
- Assist with payroll processing and performance management cycles
- Support HR analytics and reporting for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
- 2+ years of HR coordination or generalist experience
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of federal/state employment regulations
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
