- Assist with recruitment coordination including job postings and interview scheduling
- Maintain HRIS databases and personnel records with 100% accuracy
- Support benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Handle HR compliance documentation and reporting
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
