Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with HR policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of HR coordination experience
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Strong knowledge of federal and Arizona labor laws
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
