Key Responsibilities
Your daily activities will include:

- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for candidates in Seattle and beyond.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed and systems are set up for success.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including open enrollment support and answering inquiries regarding health, dental, and 401(k) plans.
- Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate HR events, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and performance review cycles.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from staff, providing exceptional customer service and guidance.
- Support the HR Manager with payroll processing assistance and attendance tracking.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR coordination, administrative, or generalist role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or ADP) is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Washington State.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
