Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the full lifecycle of new hires, including orientation, paperwork processing, and welcome kits.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with enrollment, questions, and changes regarding health, retirement, and other benefit programs.
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, posting job descriptions, and screening resumes.
- Payroll Assistance: Gather time-off requests and assist in the preparation of payroll data to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and assist in resolving internal issues with a focus on conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; Associate degree with significant experience may be considered.
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and internal policies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
