Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting candidate outreach.
- Onboarding Excellence: Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and orienting new team members to company policies and culture.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system, ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries, assisting employees with open enrollment, leave requests, and enrollment changes.
- Payroll Assistance: Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate data submission and address employee payroll discrepancies.
- HR Events & Culture: Assist in organizing company-wide events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in an HR coordination or administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or ADP) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices in the United States.
