Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for 50+ employees annually
- Administer benefits programs including open enrollment, COBRA, and wellness initiatives
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies with 95%+ participation targets
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and California labor regulations (EEOC, DFEH, etc.)
- Lead HRIS administration and data analytics for strategic workforce planning
- Coordinate performance management cycles and training programs
- Manage employee relations cases and conflict resolution processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive HR coordination experience in California
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-SCP designation
- Expert knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR)
- Proven success in designing and executing employee engagement programs
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong stakeholder management across all organizational levels
