Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding: Lead the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and welcoming new team members.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with open enrollment, benefits questions, and updating personal information.
- HR Events: Coordinate and organize HR-related events, such as employee appreciation days and training workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant role.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
