Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Oversee employee onboarding programs, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition
- Maintain and update HRIS databases with accurate employee records
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and claims support
- Coordinate employee relations activities and conflict resolution
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for compliance with state/federal regulations
- Support payroll processing and timekeeping systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of HR coordination or administrative experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Arizona employment laws and HR compliance
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
