- Administer employee benefits and payroll processing
- Maintain HRIS database and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate employee relations activities and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Organize training programs and professional development initiatives
- Handle compliance with federal and state labor regulations
- Support annual performance review cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of HR coordination experience
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR)
- Strong knowledge of Texas labor laws
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office expertise
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
