Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Assist with onboarding activities including new hire paperwork and orientation preparation
- Manage employee records and HR database with strict confidentiality
- Support HR compliance documentation and policy updates
- Facilitate employee communication through newsletters and internal announcements
