Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams, translating future possibilities into strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions aligned with market evolution
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and build strategic partnerships with research institutions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
