You'll translate complex future scenarios into executable roadmaps while fostering a culture of exponential thinking across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable initiatives
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation pipeline ROI and future-readiness
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market entry
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate an internal 'Future Intelligence' knowledge repository
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, futurism, or tech foresight roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience leading global cross-functional innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation strategy
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
