Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and ethical AI frameworks
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and decentralized systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Anticipate regulatory and societal impacts of emerging technologies through scenario modeling
- Present findings at global tech summits including Web Summit and CES
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, generative AI, or climate tech modeling
- Deep understanding of tech ethics frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Experience with futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi studies)
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent-tier journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing platforms (Qiskit, Cirq)
