Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology adoption across quantum, AI, and bio-tech domains
- Develop cross-industry frameworks for ethical implementation of emerging technologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Present future tech roadmaps to investors and government stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental projects
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, AI ethics, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or C++ preferred)
