Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, organize, and input data into our CRM and database systems with high accuracy.
- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts and the marketing team to improve service delivery and product offerings.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas where our workflows can be optimized and suggest data-driven solutions.
- Training Compliance: Complete all assigned training modules on time to ensure readiness for full responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary. We value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
