Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products at scale
- Expertise in blockchain architecture and distributed systems

- Strong background in ethical AI development frameworks
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants/funding
