Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues across 50+ client sites
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure and security systems
- Train end-users on new technology implementations and best practices
- Document IT processes and maintain detailed system documentation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting projects
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification during training
- Basic familiarity with Windows/macOS operating systems
- Valid driver's license for on-site client visits
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installations
- Pass background check and drug screening
