Responsibilities
- Complete intensive technical training program covering network security and cloud infrastructure
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems post-training
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone and remote access
- Document service tickets and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex infrastructure projects
- Adhere to industry best practices and security protocols
- Participate in ongoing skill development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred but not required)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification during employment
