Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for internal and external clients via phone and email.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software systems.
- Document customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in our CRM database accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues and learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor during all client interactions.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss performance and upcoming system updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in IT is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and internet browsers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
