Responsibilities
- Provide excellent technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Document all technical issues, steps taken to resolve them, and resolutions in the CRM ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup, installation, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify recurring issues and improve service quality.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and internal software updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally for onsite support.
