Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Inquiries: Assist customers with software installation, hardware troubleshooting, and account setup via phone and email.
- Client Communication: Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic support to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, issue resolutions, and technical notes in our CRM system.
- Training Implementation: Actively participate in daily training modules to master technical concepts and product knowledge.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior support agents and team leads to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify common customer pain points and suggest improvements to our support protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior technical experience required. We provide the training.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers.
- Attitude: A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn new technologies.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time, including some weekends or holidays as needed.
