Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal/external clients
- Document IT incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex network issues
- Participate in ongoing training modules and skill assessments
- Adhere to cybersecurity protocols and data protection standards
- Support office infrastructure including printers, servers, and networks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy (Windows/Mac OS)
