Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Log and track technical support tickets accurately in our CRM system.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Document customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to troubleshoot complex issues.

Qualifications
