- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues and learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Conduct routine system checks and assist in the deployment of new software updates.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding our products and services to provide accurate guidance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Must be willing to learn and open to receiving mentorship and training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS).
