- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to ensure product satisfaction.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineering staff when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and documentation.
Qualifications

- Basic computer proficiency (Windows and Mac operating systems).
