Responsibilities
- Provide excellent technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common software, hardware, and network issues.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies through ongoing training.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and the internet.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts (e.g., 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends if required.
