Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues for clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Customer Onboarding: Assist new clients with account setup, software installation, and navigating our digital platforms.
- Issue Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, reported issues, and resolutions into our ticketing system.
- Remote Troubleshooting: Use remote desktop tools to diagnose and fix problems for clients without being on-site.
- Client Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior technicians to escalate complex issues and share knowledge with the team.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring technical issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot problems logically.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Raleigh, NC area.
