Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Diagnose and resolve technical issues ranging from printer setup to network connectivity problems for clients.
- Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups to ensure optimal performance of client equipment.
- Issue Documentation: Accurately log all support tickets and interactions into our CRM system for future reference and analysis.
- Technical Training: Complete ongoing training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest software and hardware technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior technicians and management to improve support processes and resolve escalated tickets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value attitude and eagerness to learn over technical pedigree.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems; familiarity with web browsers and email clients.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
