What You Will Do:
- Attend our intensive 4-week training program to master our product suite and service protocols.
- Resolve client issues via phone, email, and chat with patience and technical accuracy.
- Document detailed case notes and maintain accurate records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and escalate complex problems.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance retention.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED is required (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A problem-solving mindset and a natural curiosity for how technology works.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available for full-time shifts.
- Willingness to learn new software systems quickly.
Responsibilities
- Receive structured mentorship and technical training on our internal tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software bugs and user errors.
- Provide world-class customer service to a diverse client base.
- Update ticket queues and ensure all support requests are resolved within SLA.
- Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for technology and helping others succeed.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows and Mac experience is preferred).
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
