- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Log and manage support tickets in our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new employees regarding company software and security protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and share knowledge with the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
