Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Guide customers through standard operating procedures and system configurations.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-volume support periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior technical experience is required; we provide the training.
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with operating systems like Windows or macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
