Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Interact with clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Utilize the training provided to diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues for end-users.
- System Management: Learn and operate internal CRM systems and ticketing platforms to track customer progress and issue resolution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical solutions within the company database.
- Product Feedback: Relay user feedback and technical issues back to the product development team to help improve our offerings.
- Training Compliance: Actively participate in daily training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises to master technical skills.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior technical experience required. We provide all the training you need.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (Windows/MacOS) and familiarity with web browsers.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply to non-technical users.
- Work Ethic: Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Location: Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work full-time.
