Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify trends and improve internal processes.
- Stay up-to-date with new software updates, patches, and company product knowledge.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support personnel when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- No prior technical experience required—we provide full training.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing company needs.
