Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical issues and answer product-related questions.
- Ticket Management: Log and track all support tickets in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot common hardware and software issues for our clients.
- Knowledge Base: Contribute to our internal knowledge base by documenting common solutions and FAQs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues and learn best practices.
- Remote Support: Utilize remote desktop tools to guide clients through technical fixes safely and securely.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (Windows/Mac), strong typing skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to the Raleigh office is required.
