As an Entry Level team member, you will play a critical role in sourcing top talent and optimizing our digital footprint. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training on industry-standard tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage high-quality candidates for open technical roles.
- SEO Optimization: Assist in executing SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content auditing to improve organic search rankings.
- Recruiting Coordination: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate interview logistics for hiring managers.
- Job Board Management: Maintain and update job postings across multiple platforms to ensure high visibility.
- Market Research: Analyze recruitment data and market trends to recommend improvements to our hiring strategies.
- Content Creation: Write engaging job descriptions and blog posts optimized for search engines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
