Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify and engage potential candidates for technical roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards to build talent pipelines.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a world-class candidate experience.
- Assist in the coordination of onboarding processes for new hires.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong desire to learn and willingness to be trained in recruitment best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
