Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards, to identify and screen high-quality candidates for technical roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future open positions.
- Client Communication: Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and communicate effectively throughout the hiring process.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare offer letters.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and compensation benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required; we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn recruiting software (ATS).
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated self-starter with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in New York City.
